05. Email and SMS marketing

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or replying STOP to an SMS. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about work you have engaged us for. See our Terms and Messaging Policy for more detail.

We store personal information in secure cloud systems with access limited to people who need it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
08. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
09. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@eight4media.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
